Who is responsible
NEO operates Haven and is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For any privacy matter, message us on WhatsApp from the contact section.
What data we use
- Your contact details: name, brokerage, email and phone/WhatsApp.
- Your orders: what you buy, when and their status.
- Payment confirmations from the payment provider, once payments are enabled. We never store card data.
- What you share about your properties: photos, video, plans, measurements, prices, availability and documents you choose to send.
- If you use inquiry replies or visit scheduling, the contact details of the people who ask about your properties and the visit date and time, to reply and schedule on your behalf.
Your contacts' consent
When you import contacts or connect a CRM, you confirm that those people agreed to be contacted. We never sort leads by protected categories.
Why we use it
- To prepare, deliver and bill your order.
- To publish or connect things only with the permissions you grant, which you can revoke at any time.
- To keep you posted on your order.
Those are the only purposes. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your order, and only what’s needed:
- Payment providers (Stripe, Mercado Pago), once payments are enabled.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and, if included, your website.
- Meta (WhatsApp), if you connect inquiry replies.
- The portals, CRM or calendar you connect, only to publish or schedule what you approve.
- The AI providers we use to produce images, videos, voices and text.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop us from using it, and withdraw your consent. We answer within 20 business days.
What stays in your browser
This site saves your order in your own browser to show it on the confirmation page. We don’t use advertising cookies.
